Judy Collins, the legendary singer, songwriter and author, opens the 54th annual Creative Living Series sponsored by the Woodstock Fine Arts Association. Famous worldwide for her sublime vocals and boldly vulnerable songwriting, Ms Collins is also the author of several books including Judy Blue Eyes, and her latest, Cravings. She will speak about her decades-long career in the music industry and relate personal stores about her life in her talk: Conversations with a Modern-Day Renaissance Woman. She will also take time to answer audience questions, fulfilling the Creative Living Series as an experience of inspiration and entertainment. The Creative Living Series is the nation's oldest, independent lecture series bringing distinguished and dynamic guest speakers to the Woodstock Opera House.
