Donn Curry's Studio located Lake Forest and Winnetka is dedicated to instructing and developing young musicians in both violin and viola, K through 12, utilizing both Suzuki and Traditional Methods.
During the past thirty years she has nurtured and instructed students who attain and have held concert master and section leader status.
Donna is an accomplished violinist and Master Teacher. She is a certified Teacher Trainer of the Suzuki Method and established snd developed the Suzuki Program at the Music Institute of Chicago.
Teaching is goal driven with a gentle approach. focusing on the fundamentals.
Donna''s experience includes past faculty Northwestern University Preparatory Department, past faculty at the Music Institute of Chicago, and String Instructor in the Winnetka Public Schools. She has been invited faculty to many summer Institutes around the country and The International Suzuki Convention in Banff, Canada
