Join us for Woodstock's annual Ladies Night Out tradition! Always held the Thursday immediately following Thanksgiving, we invite you to shop and sip your way around the festively-lit Woodstock Square with your favorite friends and family. Enjoy laughs, make memories and get your holiday shopping kicked into high gear.

Y'all are invited to the 2024 Ladies Night Out Holiday Hoedown! Round up your friends, put on your best boots, and get ready to kick up some holiday cheer! Enjoy a festive evening of shopping, dining, and fun on the town—country style. Dress in your best Western wear and join us for a night of exclusive deals, giveaways, and plenty of holiday spirit. Whether you're wrangling up some holiday gifts or just looking for a fun time with friends, this is the perfect night out.

Every Ladies Night Out guest will receive a complimentary tote bag, courtesy of Studio D Jewelers, and a coupon book loaded with local deals and specials. The famous Ladies Night Out lidded cup is back so you can shop and sip your way through the evening. More details below!

General Event Information

EVENT CHECK-IN
Welcome Station Open from 4:00-7:30 PM
Location: The Old Courthouse Center, 101 N. Johnson St., Woodstock (or, use Throop St. entrance for elevator)

All Ladies Night Out check in at the Welcome Station in The Old Courthouse Center from 4:00-7:30 PM. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.

Attendees will pick up their bags and coupon books
Souvenir Ladies Night Out Drink Cups are available for pre-purchase online for or onsite at the Welcome Station for $15.00. Drink cup purchase includes your first drink at event-hosted bar. Additional drink tickets also available.
- This cup allows you to Shop and Sip around the Square from 4:00-9:00 PM.
- With this cup you can go to any bar or restaurant to buy a drink and pour it in the cup to shop and sip around the Square. Event hosted bars accept drink tickets ONLY.
- Drinking is limited to within the Square boundaries and is not allowed on Throop Street, Jefferson Street or Calhoun Street. Alcohol must be kept within the perimeter of the Square as designated by vertical signage prohibiting alcohol beyond those points
- Other containers are not allowed for walk-around alcohol
HOT TIP! Save when you pre-purchase your LNO cup! Pre-purchasing your cup includes one raffle ticket, an additional $6.00 value. The ticket is NOT included if you purchase onsite.
Raffle tickets will also be for sale for $7.00 each at event check-in. Raffle prize baskets are valued at $250. At least two will be given away.
